All employees are constantly trained in all new products and applications with regular team meetings to discuss any options to improve on services and customer satisfaction. We also have second to none training program for all employees from new starters who for the first twelve months, are not allowed into a team until they can show they have the knowledge and expertise to deliver the expected quality of workman ship FENTON AND FENTON require. Down to tradesmen that have worked for the company for years who also continue to receive training on all new products and installation methods, this includes monthly health and safety workshops.
